SERVICES
Our plastic injection moulding process comprises of several key stages.
First, you'll brief us with your project ideas, including dimensions, uses, performance criteria and other key information.

Once we agree on the design, we'll go to the prototype stage, where 3D models are produced, then refined and tweaked until your product is ready for production.
​
We'll agree the choice of possible materials, colour and combinations that will be used in your product, then start the production process.
Finally, your products are assembled, quality checked and either shipped or stored, depending upon your selected support package.
Our modern injection moulding machinery operates within the size range of 1350kN to 3800kN (135t – 380t), giving us the capability of producing individual pieces up to 1350g each.
TOOLING
UK - Based tool making.
A high quality, well maintained tool is essential in producing a high quality product.
All tools housed here at Yorkin are subject to a rigorous servicing programme to ensure they are maintained in perfect working order.
We only use European steel in our tooling manufacture to ensure high quality and long life.
WAREHOUSING
Storage & Fulfillment
With over 10,000 square feet of storage space, we can store, box or palletise and distribute your stock as you need it.
